Personal Supercomputing Systems recovers data center GPGPU hardware that still has years of useful numerical work in it, restores it, and hands it to researchers, students and small teams who need parallel compute they can own outright.
We're not a reseller moving sealed boxes. Every machine is opened, rebuilt with a known-good software image, and run under load before it goes out. If a unit won't hold up, it doesn't ship.

We spec it honestly
Including when the answer is that neither system fits.
STEP 03
Build & burn in
Configured, imaged, tested under sustained GPU load.
STEP 04
Pickup or freight
Collect in Boston and power it up with us, or we crate it.
Why reconditioned
A K80 is not the fastest card made. It is a very large amount of parallel hardware for the money, and for learning CUDA, developing algorithms or running long unattended jobs, that trade is the right one. Keeping this hardware working also keeps it out of a landfill.
